A Misunderstanding on Someone’s Part
When I was a teenager, I messed up and got into trouble with the law. Now those mistakes are coming back to haunt me. When I was sentenced, I was under the impression that these offenses would not be listed on my permanent record. Yet, two are appearing and I lost a job as a result. I am contacting a lawyer to see if we can expuge record florida of these offenses. I’m not sure if this was a mistake on the court’s part or if I misunderstood what the judge was saying but I need to find out. I’ve straightened my life out and I don’t want youthful stupidity to hold me back.
