Is Debt Consolidation a Good Idea?
I have been considering doing something to help get rid of all the debt that I have been carrying. Can anyone tell me whether or not debt consolidation is a good idea? I think it would be great to get the interest rates down on the debt so that I can pay it off a bit faster. I would love to get some of the debt forgiven, but I am not sure whether or not that would be possible. I also want to make sure I don’t mess up my credit rating any more than I already have by racking up the debt in the first place.
