My Real Estate Agent Made House Hunting a Pleasure
All of my adult life I had lived in rented apartments but decided to buy my first home when I was thirty. My friends warned me to brace for a long, tedious, frustrating experience. I heard horror stores of closings gone wrong. I went ahead with my plans anyway, and contacted a Burbank Real Estate agent. He was pleasant, understood what I wanted, and worked very hard to find the ideal home. We spent a few weeks walking through houses, which was actually fun. I chose one, signed a contract, and closed within six weeks. My agent took care of the details and solved any problems. Three months from the day I began looking I had the keys to my home, and it had been a pleasure.
