Trying Something New
My sister has a home gym in her basement and she has a variety of equipment to use during her work outs. She even has a Power Plate vibrating machine and I have never tried something like this before. She told me to try it and see for myself whether or not I like it. I gave it a try and I was surprised that it was really fun. I laughed so hard because I was scared to try it and it ended up being my favorite piece of equipment. I love going to her house and working out with her because it is always a fun time.
