My uncle is a teacher for the athletic department at our local college and has trained some of the best athletes from many of the colleges in our area. He is well known for his training on correct diet, sleeping habits and taking the best bodybuilding supplements that help the athletic process. He always said that hard work and consistency will make a good athlete.
