Once you get to 10 reps yopu must up the weight on your lifts. Look at your workout log and beat all your previous lifts.  This is how you progress in making the gains that you are looking for.  Even if you only get just one half more rep then you are ahead of the game.  I like home dumbell workouts To get these results.  Its important to keep track of your body measurments too.  You should do this before you go to the gym.  Measure your chest, arms ,legs, to make sure that you are making the growth gains you will need.
