Valentine’s Day Weight Loss Plan
The entire holiday of Valentine’s Day (or maybe most holidays for that matter) just seems like an excuse to eat horribly. It’s like as people we aren’t even trying to take care of ourselves, we are just trying to eat as much junky food as we can as quick as we can.
Well gues what? Now we all get to reap the rewards of our massive failures. Instead of living long, healthy lives, people live shorter, more miserable lives.
If you want to do yourself a massive favor, don’t eat or give out chocolate this valentine’s day. If you’re going to give a gift, buy someone something that is really sweet, like a total gym xls. Sure, it’s pricey, but it’s not as pricey as a triple heart bypass or diabetes. Also, your dentist would be a lot happier if you stopped eating so many sweets.
