Furniture is an Important Part of our Lives
Someone has probably done studies to find out just how much time is spent sitting on furniture. Whether or not a person is comfortable is going to determine a lot of things. If they are in your office and the chair upon which they are sitting is poking them or making them feel like they are sitting on a rock, they are going to be in a hurry to get out of your office. That is the last thing you want or need. You want the customer to feel like relaxing and listening intently to what you are saying. You will make more sales that way.
