How We Were Able To Complete The Repairs On The Home
My husband and I purchase homes to remodel and then resale. A few months ago we got a great deal on a single family home in a really nice neighborhood. We knew it was going to need some work but we were sure how much. The basement was so full of moisture that we had to purchase a basement dehumidifier. My husband let it run down there a few days before his team was able to go down and start fixing the plumbing and furnace issues. It took several months but we finally were able to pass the city inspection and put it back on the market.
