We have talked for quite a long time about starting the dry cleaning business back up, but we have always been rather scared to take the plunge. My dad had a dry cleaning business while I was growing up and he did very well with it. After he passed away we sold the business, thinking it was not the thing for us. Today we regret that and want to start again. It will be easier than we had thought: We found commercial mortgages are much easier to get than they used to be. Now my brothers and I will start the family business fresh!
