Learn Just a Little
I think it is good for people to know, at least a little bit, of the Charleston bankruptcy law. I would think that most people would hope to never have to use it, but what if the day comes when they do. Would they understand the requirements of bankruptcy? People are understandably, very stressed during this time. It is hard for them to comprehend and digest all of the information that is being thrown at them. As a lawyer, I see that people who have at least a little bit of knowledge of the law, are much less apprehensive and confused.
