As if a fifteen year old girl can make a decision to have a baby at that age
I was horrified to listen to a story I was told last weekend by friend. I was told of my friends workmate who found out her Daughter was pregnant after being with her boyfriend only for three months. She was waiting to get a place in college and was nearly sixteen, very rebellious though and gave her mother many problems but this was the ultimate nightmare for her mother. She made an appointment for her Daughter to see a Doctor to get an abortion sorted out with her best interests at heart. Even though she later found out there were no parents legal rights included in this matter, she was advised to wait outside! Her Daughter decided to keep the baby and her Mother had a nervous breakdown as she could not believe her fifteen year old Daughter was legally left to make such a life changing decision without her present.
