Great 10k Training Program
Running a 10k for the first time isn’t easy. After all, how are you supposed to know what to do if you’ve never trained or run one before. That’s why I decided to follow a well-known 10k training program from myTreadmillTrainer.com. The 12-week program gave me the structure and running workouts that helped me run a 10k more easily than I could have ever imagined.
Having never run anything more than a few miles, I recently ran a 10k in 51 minutes. Sure to some that may not seem like a very fast pace but for me it was an amazing accomplishment. If I can do it, anyone can.
