Not all Cherries are Created Equal

When you think of a cherries, you probably think of small, round fruit which are all pretty much the same.  Nothing could be further from the truth.   Not only are there various varieties of the sweet fruit, but they come in many sizes.  During processing automatic cherry sizing systems sort them and they are organized for packing and shipping.
