By using one of the many services that offer easy online backup of files, you can rest assured that all of your files are safe. Your precious and irreplaceable documents, home movies, and photos will be saved in case your hard drive is damaged or your computer is stolen. Most of these services allow you to set up automatic scans of your hard drive, which check for new files and updates to existing files. This means that all of your files, no matter when you’ve created them, are safe and stored on the backup service’s server. This is much easier and less time consuming than manually updating an external hard drive, not to mention easier for those less proficient with computers.
