Hoping to Book an All Inclusive Vacation

I am the type of person that likes to go on vacation and just completely relax. I do not want to worry about how much things cost or if I should buy that extra drink or hold off. So, now that I am thinking about taking a vacation, I am hoping to find something all inclusive and have been looking into grand circle river cruises. I heard about them from a friend of mine who likes to travel like I do - with everything paid for and no worries. I have been checking them out online. If I find one that looks right, I think that I will book it.
