Working relationship

My business partner and I are looking at purchasing a hotel down in the adventure capital of New Zealand and we are hoping that if it all goes ahead we can put some deals together with other local businesses. I have been speaking to the manager of car rental queenstown and it looks like they are interested in working together on something where we can offer customers a deal on either a vehicle or accommodation if they book with either of us. There is a restaurant in town that I am wanting to try and set up the same sort of deal with, so fingers crossed that they are keen on it.
